Reducing tenant follow-up calls

Most follow-ups happen because the tenant doesn't know what's next. Fix that and the phone stops ringing.

Send four updates, always

  1. Request received — with a reference number.
  2. Vendor scheduled — with the access window.
  3. Vendor en route — short, on the day.
  4. Work completed — what was done, and how to report a recurrence.

Never make the tenant ask

If a vendor reschedules, the update goes out before the tenant notices. That single rule cuts inbound calls more than any other change.

Run this in Repair Round.
