Every plan starts with a 14-day trial. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe, monthly or annually — annual billing saves 20%.

Yes. Every plan includes Smart Intake across SMS, email, and a hosted tenant request portal. Requests land in one queue with the unit and category extracted.

How does vendor dispatch work?

Vendor profiles live in your workspace with trade, coverage area, and recent response time. Dispatch sends a pre-filled vendor brief with address, access details, scope, and photos. The vendor confirms by email or a one-click link.

Do you support owner approval workflows?

Yes. Portfolio and Operator plans include owner approval threads — send a summary with scope, cost, and photos, and the owner replies inline. Threads stay attached to the request.

Can Repair Round integrate with my property management software?

AppFolio is a live direct API / webhook integration (scopes: read:properties, write:work_orders, read:tenants) — an independent integration, not an official AppFolio certified partnership. Yardi Voyager connects through SFTP file exchange limited to Maintenance Module read/write, with manual entry as the fallback. Other systems use CSV import and manual entry.

SOC 2 Type II attained March 2025 (Security, Availability, Confidentiality); ISO 27001 in progress, expected Q4 2026. AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit. RBAC roles are Admin, Regional Manager, Coordinator, and View-Only Auditor, with MFA required for Admin accounts and SAML 2.0 on the Operator tier. Status changes from Reported to Resolved keep an immutable audit trail retained 3 years. Data residency: US-East-1.
