Using Pattern Watch

Some problems come back. Pattern Watch connects the repair history so your team can review the evidence and decide what needs a broader response.

What it looks for

Pattern Watch groups historical requests by unit, property, and category. When it finds a repeat pattern, it raises an alert for team review.

Where to find it

Open Pattern Watch. Each alert shows:

  • The pattern in plain English
  • Number of related requests
  • Severity (low / medium / high)
  • A recommended next step (e.g. "Inspect supply line under the kitchen sink")

What to do with an alert

From the alert you can:

  • Open the related requests in one click
  • Create a preventive work order from the recommendation
  • Mark the alert resolved with a note
  • Snooze for 30 / 60 / 90 days

Keeping it useful

Pattern alerts depend on consistent category data. When you accept or correct a suggested category, future grouping uses that reviewed record.
